Sorry for being late and this might alredy be 16th for you but it was Central America’s Independence day today so I’ve been on and off on parades and taking advantage of a day off during the week

Starting this week, we introduce Weem. Weem’s been here for a while now and finally makes an apperance as ReStaff with a themed Graphical Release with me and OriginalWij.

Let’s start with me

I decided, after weem showed his WIP at that time, to do a Jedi Master for the release. In the end he ended up looking great and if you’re not really a Star Wars fan maybe you wouldn’t even notice… He has bulky robes and a mean looking old face

But what Master is complete without his apprentice? Weem’s Jedi inspired me to do his master and it developed into an inside joke (but don’t tell anyone) about a certain Master and Apprentice >_>

Now… this is an historical moment. For the first time we have a ReStaff release with a script. You know, those codes that help you develop custom functions on your VX game… So this is THE OriginalWij making his entrance with nothing less than a Custom Battle System (CBS)

It’s called RIBS (which makes me hungry) but it’s a great Battle System that features the need of the player for an interactive input in order for actions to succeed, do extra damage and such. Thanks to the rest of the staff some bugs were fixed and Wij’s final script is ready to hit the streets!!!!

Resource Staff… man these guys and girls are the definition of awesome. Day by day I see why I hired them to be part of the staff of the site and as a proof of it we have this release, which is theme based.

I don’t think we’ve had a theme based one like this before, but we certainly do now and guess what? It’s egyptian based!

So where do we start? Let’s see…

Blake_Ezra. He released last time as well but he’s covering up for Lyonn for this once since our Lyonn it’s hitting the road for the time being. Remember PinedaVX’s Anubis sprite? Yes it was awesome… but now we have a sort of “companion” for Anubis. His name? Horus… BEHOOOOOOOLD:

And now we’ll start seeing why was this chained as a whole team…

Svolta, in his first ReStaff release (let’s give him a round!!!) has made two tunes. One of them was discussed between the staff on where it quite suited the best in a game… I took it for an Airship theme while others called it different. I guess it’ll be up to you guys

Then, his other theme is Egyptian! I mean… it’s… wow. If I had a desert town I’d love to use this one…!!

Now Soruve… Will I ever get tired of saying how much I love this girl? Well, I love her. Originally, I was going to make Horus based on this face and release it in two weeks but Blake hurried and paired up So yes… we have a Horus sprite AND FACE!!!

Hey hello there people! After some “light” releases due to lack of staff we’re back on track on bringing you the best resources on the net with the awesome resource staff and featuring our newest hired members.

Now, since the hiring of the new peeps none of them has made a release and this time is the moment for our awesome Blake_Ezra (who you all know) makes his entry as ReStaff alongside our awesome Bunneh and Roelf, one of VXNet’s top musicians.

Let’s start with Roelf. He’s been busy busy busy lately but nonetheless he’s left in our possession some tracks to sooth your musical needs when you know its his turn. So here there are! The names of them should be pretty self explanatory

Then we have Aindra, damn I love this girl! She’s as awesome as a bunneh could be. She’s branched into animal spriting for this once with huge success if may I say so and has given us another animal for GrandmaDeb to add to her list: a racoon!!!!

Now it’s Blake’s turn. You know him, his bungalow is one of the most popular topics on VXNet and now he’s made not only one sprite for this release, but two! Male and Female warriors ready to kick your characters’ arses in whatever game you use them on!

And while we await for the Hiring of new Resource Staff members we have this release by me alone.

Whenever I visit websites outside this one that are related to RMVX, I notice not a single one has a team of people who work as hard as we do, so anyone who belongs to this group should feel proud about it…

Anyway, I had one charset but I decided to quickly make another one and as soon as I was just done, I began to type this thread.

First, lately I’ve been playing a lot of KoTORII and I decided to sprite this awesome looking villain on that game. Since they don’t pay me, I won’t say his name but if you played it then you’ll know right away. I think this charset would make an awesome villain on ANY game you put him in…

Then I made this charset from an original concept… I intended her to be red-haired but it didn’t look too good so she stayed blonde. This can make a good charset for female leads or some sort of diplomat. And between you and me guys, she’ll be the main protagonist of one of the two games I’m working on.

So this is it for this once, comments are welcomed and this time is ok to credit just me since I got alone for this release

Man, don’t you love it when you see a thread named ReStaff Releases? Well, I do.

So this time we have Soruve and Lyonn.

Soruve has made an awesome faceset to match with some of the monsters made by our former staff and awesome monster maker, AmberDragon. Be sure to check the Releases Index to get them.

For this next Release it’s charsets time. Three, to be exact. All three by me and then a track brought to you by our local top musician, RoelfMik.

I was working on this char for a while now, and I finallly finished. I’m pretty happy with how it turned out as it represents what it should perfectly, I won’t say who it is but I’m sure it should be self explanatory, if not then…. ._.

Then, another animal! Isn’t it great to have variety? As much as it just took some editing, a bad hand could’ve screwed this up so badly… Now the cow has a partner :3 Don’t say the colors are wrong. If you want a different race of bull then just edit it

Last but not least, as far as sprites go. This is a special gift I made for Pyro and for Sevith to use in his Community Game but I decided to make it public since I fell in love with it and I want you guys to see it as well

Hey there, June has come, there’s less than a month less for my birthday and this is the ReStaff Release that will blow your mind away…

I always look forward for Soruve’s releases, and Lyon… well, he’s a beast too… You might remember he made a promise for a royal family and medieval setting series. Well, damn…

Let’s start with Lyonn, like I said, his release is awesome and here’s what he gave us this once: The Black Prince of Wales (you better explain this Lyonn, I don’t know anything about this… )
